Throughout more than 30 years of breeding this fantastic breed our aim has remained the same – to breed healthy working stock with good temperaments. If they are beautiful as well that is a bonus but never our first consideration and as such we never sell our pups to show homes.

Although we concede that many border collies are perfectly happy in the right pet homes, we always prefer to place these high drive workaholics in working homes where possible. We welcome enquiries from those interested in competing in any of the canine disciplines, and our dogs regularly compete in working trials.

As we usually only breed litters when we want a pup ourselves, our puppies are few and far between, and we sometimes have a waiting list for a planned litter. However we strive to place the right pup with the right owner and so would love to talk to you if you are interested in a Stardell pup.
